I don’t like to cook.  I never make a hot lunch. Never say never, because today I was told that lunch was….

Better than McDonalds!

Busy Kid’s Approximate Ingredients (really not much you can mess up):

1 pound ground beef
2 Grands Flaky Biscuits (the kind you can pull apart)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or whatever you like)
1/2 cup Barbeque sauce (any flavor)

ready to go in the oven!
Directions
1.  Cook ground beef
2.  Add the cheese and bbq sauce and mix together with the cooked meat.
3.  Lightly spray muffin pan with Pam.
4.  Divide each biscuit in half and shape inside of muffin pan.
5.  Scoop the meat filling into the biscuit.
6.  Bake according to biscuit directions.

………….

Hot and delicious!  Cool and serve.
Easy to freeze and serve on another BUSY night!

……….
My mom made these when I was growing up and now my kids love them.  It had been awhile since I’d made them, looks like they’re back at our house!
……………………………

Note:  I cook all of my ground beef and bake chicken in large batches and then freeze them.  Then when it comes time for a fun recipe like this or anything else that requires cooked meat – I’ve got it all ready to go!

Food Allergy Note:  Two members of my family have food allergies to nuts and other various foods.  I know for sure that this recipe is nut free! 🙂
