It wasn’t until I was a mom and had kids old enough to really care about Christmas, that I really realized that Christmas magic comes from the mom! {thanks mom!}
If you’re a mom, I don’t want to stress you with these extra thoughts; however, for the most part the gift wrapping, the planning, Elf on the Shelf (if you do it), the special food, the shopping, cookie baking, remembering the special traditions, the dreaded post office and more are left to the mom!
When my husband asks how he can help, it’s hard to make my brain slow down long enough to think of something he can do. He’s quite capable of helping me through the “chaos and the noise” – see song link below.
