Looking for a simple yet meaningful Valentine’s Day activity? This Valentine’s Anchor Chart is the perfect way to spread positivity in your classroom or professional development session!
How It Works
💗 Option 1: Share What You Love About Your Class – Write three reasons you love your students. They’ll feel so special knowing what makes them shine!
💗 Option 2: Let Students Contribute – Have your class share things they love about school (without naming specific friends). Keep it general, like recess, reading time, or classroom pets!
💡 Bonus Idea: We kicked off a recent PD with this activity, and it was a great way to reset and refocus in the middle of a busy day. Starting with gratitude makes a difference! Check out my Instagram highlights to see the completed chart.

Quick Tip: Anchor Chart Hack
I love a good anchor chart, but spacing can be tricky. My solution? I designed it in PowerPoint first, then traced it! It saved me so much time and looks polished. My board had a snowflake button for “freezing” the template so I could trace it. That was a major win for me. I traced in pencil and then moved it to the table so I could color it in with my Sharpie Chart Markers.

Because at the end of the day… what we love most about our school is the people we share it with! 💕
