One of my favorite places to get recharged as a woman, mom, and leader is the MOPS {Mothers of Preschoolers} Convention. No, I don’t have preschoolers anymore, but I do have kids! I can’t say enough about being involved in a MOPS group when your kids are 0-6 and MOMSnext when you’re kids are school age. It has been a true lifeline to me during my adventures in mothering!
Hearing Mary Beth Chapman share her story behind her New York Times Best Selling book Choosing to See. I’ve read this memoir and was inspired by her hope, faith and love when tragedy hit her home. She was so brave, faithful, and she loves her husband (they were so cute together).

She rocked the house…. literally the floor was bouncing. Thanks to her, we have a new morning song at our house. We’ll be playing it to get out the door on school days!
Favorite moment from Convention was when Steven Curtis Chapman joined Travis Cottrell on stage to finish out the 2 last songs. So many good moments, good friends, and good sleep!
Thank you to my local MOMSnext group for sponsoring my trip!
Missing my MOPS years at convention – I will always be a MOPS junkie
They miss you Trisha! You still are a legend!
